How to Submit a Hardship Claim

   Click the ‘Submit’ button below.

   Have Your Waiver ID # from your emailed Plan Information ready.

   Email support: claims@duesprotect.com

  • A claim number will be emailed upon formalizing your hardship request.
  • You should have a decision on your hardship request within 30 days of your fully completed, and finalized hardship request.
